Title: Notification regarding constitution of committee for review of several old, deteriorating brick/stone masonry buildings and bamboo huts.
Notification
The following Committee has been constituted to advise the Dean (I&S) on necessary actions regarding the further use/major maintenance requirements of several old and deteriorating brick/stone masonry buildings and bamboo huts currently used by the campus community for different purposes.

- Dr. Kaustav Sarkar, Associate Professor, SCEnE (Member)
- Dr. Thainsewmong Chowdhury, Assistant Professor, SCEnE (Member)
- Er. Vijay Kumar Sharma, Superintending Engineer (Member Secretary)
The Construction Division will extend all necessary support. The respective S/AE(s) cum Estate Officers (i/c) for academic space, commercial space, and residential space will coordinate with the occupants and the Committee to facilitate site visits as required.
The Committee is requested to submit its recommendations within two weeks from the date of issue of this notification.
