संस्थान के सभी कार्यालयों, विभागों, अनुभागों, स्कूलों इत्यादि के प्रमुख कृपया ध्यान दें, कि केंद्र सरकार के अधीन सभी संस्थानों एवं कार्यालयों को प्रत्येक तिमाही एवं वित्तीय वर्ष के अंत में राजभाषा से संबंधित वार्षिक रिपोर्ट राजभाषा विभाग को प्रस्तुत करनी होती है। इस संबंध में संस्थान के विभिन्न कार्यालयों से प्राप्त आंकड़े एवं सूचनाएं अधूरी एवं/अथवा त्रुटि पूर्ण प्राप्त हो रही हैं। साथ ही राजभाषा में किए गए कार्यों का प्रतिशत भी कम ही दिया जा रहा है।

           उपरोक्त के संबंध में सभी कार्यालयों, विभागों, अनुभागों, स्कूलों इत्यादि के प्रमुख कृपया राजभाषा से संबंधित प्रपत्र में भरे गए आंकड़ों एवं सूचनाओं पर ध्यान दें। साथ ही इस प्रपत्र को भरने वाले कार्मिक को राजभाषा कार्यशाला में शामिल होने के लिए भी नामित करें, जिससे कि वे राजभाषा में किए गए कार्यों के प्रतिशत में सुधार कर सकें।     

Circular

           Attention of HODs of all the offices, departments, sections, schools etc. of Institute is drawn to the fact that every Institute and offices under central government needs to submit its quarterly and annual report before the Department of Official Language at the end of financial year related to the use of official language. In this regard, the data and information being received from various offices, departments, sections, schools etc. of Institute are incomplete and/or erroneous. Furthermore, the reported percentage of work executed in the Official Language is also consistently low.

            In the view of above heads of all offices, departments, sections, schools, etc., of the Institute are requested to kindly pay their attention towards the data and information being provided in the performa related to quarterly report of official language. It is also requested to nominate the official responsible to fill this performa, to attend the official language workshop, so that they can improve the percentage of work executed in the Official Language.
