NOTIFICATION

With the approval of the Competent Authority, the vacation for faculty members on the conclusion of Even Semester (Jan-June, 2026) will be as under:

1.  Starting Date   :  20^th May, 2026 (Wednesday)

      2.  End Date         :  26^th July, 2026 (Sunday)                                      

Accordingly, the faculty members may plan their vacation and submit vacation leave through Samarth Portal. Faculty members are required to complete any pending evaluation of course (s) and submit grades before proceeding on Vacation.

Further, the School/Centre Chairs are requested to share the compiled vacation plan of all faculty members of the schools/Centre with Establishment Section by 15.05.2026.

      Note: Faculty Members who have not completed one year of service at the Institute are not entitled for Vacation Leave.
