Reg: Charges for External Students*/Conference delegates and Project Staff in Ganga Hostel.
Consequent upon the approval of the Competent Authority, the following hostel room charges for Ganga Hostel are hereby notified:

The following terms & conditions shall be applicable:
1. Advance Payment: The total amount, calculated as per-day charges × number of days of stay, must be deposited in advance into the designated hostel bank account.
2. Mess Charges: Food charges will be levied separately as per prevailing mess rates.
3. Duration of Stay: The period of stay will be approved based on hostel accommodation availability at that time.
4. Rules and Regulations: All hostel and Institute rules and regulations shall be applicable to external students, project staff, and delegates during their stay.
Note:
1. The above charges include only the cost of the cot. Bedding charges are not included and will be borne separately by the occupant.
2. Hostel rooms are well equipped with basic furniture and air-conditioning facilities.
