Reg:  Charges of Guest Room Facility at Ganga Hostel.

We are pleased to announce that the guest room facility at Ganga Hostel is now open for booking. With the approval of Competent Authority, the following charges have been decided for guest room stay:

Terms & Conditions:

1. Female visitors accompanied by male visitors only shall be permitted to stay in Guest Rooms.

2. Stay shall ordinarily be permitted for a maximum period of 07 days.

3. Room booking shall be initiated at least 48 hours in advance. 

4. For booking requests and related queries, kindly address your correspondence to the Dean Students’ Office at deanstudentsoffice@iitmandi.ac.in. 

5. Maximum three people; including children of 5 to 12 years of age; are permitted to be accommodated in one room.

6. Charges for extra mattress @ Rs.500/- per day subject to availability of the mattress.

7. Room charges are on 24 Hrs. check-in check-out basis.

8. The facility provides three well-furnished rooms, each equipped with adequate amenities, which shall be available for booking on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. 

9. Proper approval from the Competent Authority will be required for accommodation of guests .

10. GST extra as applicable.
