The Board of Governors in their meeting as on 7th October, 2017 has approved the distribution of overheads and unspent balance of Sponsored Research & Industrial Consultancy projects as under:
1. Distribution of Overhead:-
The overheads received from Sponsored/Consultancy/Testing projects/Continuing education activities will be distributed within the institute as follow:

* The overhead charges will be equally split between the concerned School and Centre, in case of dual affiliation. The PI will specify the centre where the major activities related to the project are performed.
** Overhead will be charged on the entire budget for events after deducting the contribution from Institute (if any)
2. Distribution of Unspent Balance Amount:-
60% of the unspent balance will be distributed in the ratio mentioned in the table below. The remaining 40% may be distributed as honorarium. The balance (if any) after payment of honorarium may be credited to the PDF of the PI(s).
