Title: Handling of project related purchases by SRIC Section (Delegation of Powers to Dean SRIC)
NOTIFICATION
In continuation to notification No. IITM/DSRIC/02/2021/07-01 dated 03.07.2021 regarding the handling of project related purchases by the SRIC section, the competent authority has authorized Dean SRIC to accord approval for the following cases pertaining to project purchases:
- The penalty waiver and extension of the delivery period, based on the proper justification.
- Processing of purchase cases, if the technically qualified/received bids are less than three.
- Any approval required to complete the purchases through GEM Portal up to the permissible limit.
