विषय: भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान मण्डी में “टिप्पणी और प्रतिवेदन” नामक हिन्दी कार्यशाला का आयोजन।

राजभाषा विभाग, गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी निर्देशों के अनुपालन में यह सूचित किया जाता है कि भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान मण्डी में कार्यरत अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के लिए हिन्दी कार्यशाला का आयोजन निम्नलिखित विवरणानुसार किया जा रहा है:

• तिथि: 26.09.2025 (शुक्रवार)
• समय: प्रातः 10:30 बजे से  दोपहर 01:00 बजे तक
• स्थान: हॉल-ए11-1 बी, उत्तरी परिसर
• विषय: टिप्पणी और प्रतिवेदन लेखन
• वक्ताः डॉ. होशियार सिंह, सहायक प्राध्यापक, सरकारी वल्लभ महाविद्यालय मण्डी

इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य कर्मचारियों में हिन्दी भाषा के लेखन कौशल, विशेष रूप से टिप्पणी और प्रतिवेदन लेखन, को सशक्त बनाना है।

कृपया इस परिपत्र को संस्थान के सभी निदेशालय, स्कूलों, केन्द्रों, प्रयोगशालाओं, विभागों एवं अनुभागों में प्रसारित करने की कृपा करें, ताकि अधिकतम संख्या में कर्मचारी और अधिकारी इस कार्यशाला में भाग ले सकें।

कार्यशाला के दौरान प्रतिभागियों के लिए अल्पाहार की व्यवस्था भी की जाएगी।

Subject: Organizing Hindi Workshop on "Noting and Report" at Indian Institute of Technology Mandi.

In compliance with the directives issued by the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, a Hindi workshop is being organized for the officers and employees of the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi. The details of the workshop are as follows:

• Date: 26.09.2025 (Friday)
• Timings: 10:30 AM to 01:00 PM
• Location: Hall-A11-1B, North Campus
• Subject: Noting and Report
• Speaker: Dr. Hoshiyar Singh, Assistant Professor, Government Vallabh College Mandi, District Mandi

The objective of this workshop is to strengthen the Hindi language writing skills of the employees, especially noting and report writing. You are requested to circulate this circular to all directorate, schools, centers, laboratories, departments, divisions, and sections within the institute to ensure wide publicity. This will help in encouraging a large number of officers and employees to participate in the workshop.

Light refreshments will be provided to all participants during the workshop.
