Title: Notification: Expenditure for International/National Conference, Field Trips etc.
NOTIFICATION
The BoG in its 35th meeting held on 14th June, 2022, vide item no. 35.3.9 approved the proposal for the expenditure for International Conference, National Conference and Field Trips etc. with the following guidelines:
- Ph.D. Scholars registered for full time will be offered a travel support of maximum of Rs. One lakh for entire duration of their course. This may be utilized for travel grant for International Conferences, National Conferences, and Field Trips etc. This support may be utilized for one particular travel or in parts for different travel needs.
- M.S. (by Research) Scholars will be offered a travel support up to maximum of Rs. 20 thousands, with rest of the conditions as mentioned in the point (i).
- There is no support for online conferences and workshops.
This supersedes all the previous notifications related to expenditure for International Conference, National Conference and Field Trips etc.
