Title: Notification (Guidelines for Internships for M.Tech students)
On the approval of Dean (Academics) following guidelines are framed for internships for M.Tech students:
- Students should apply individually for the permission with recommendations and reasonable justification by their Faculty Advisor, TA Supervisor, Course co-ordinators and School Chair/s that they shall complete the dissertation requirements with in the given time. However if required they shall be extending their duration of programme as permitted by the provisions of the Institute.
- They should have completed the credits requirements.
- With an undertaking that as they are drawing scholarship from the companies, they shall not claim for HTRA scholarship after joining the Institute.
- Submission of grades and attendance will be the responsibility of student/FA.
- Timely payment of fee and other dues will be the responsibility of students.
- Online registration for the semesters in between to be done by the students.
- Students spend their last semester in the campus.
- Dean (Academics) has the authority to modify any of the above mentioned guidelines, if any exceptional case arises.
