On the recommendations of the Deans’ Committee in the meeting held on July 23, 2024, approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed that all types of advances drawn must be settled strictly as per the provisions of the rules. In exceptional cases the advance taken for the journey to be performed after few weeks/months, the copies of the booking of tickets may immediately be shared with the Finance Section to keep a record of utilization to manage the settlement of accounts.
