OFFICE MEMORANDUM
On the recommendations of the Deans’ Committee in the meeting held on July 23, 2024, and revised approval dated November 26, 2024, the approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed that the payments to the vendors and service providers by the employees of the Institute shall be made in online mode and proof of payment must be enclosed along with claim/bills. However, in unavoidable circumstances, payment in cash up to Rs. 5000/- is permissible, beyond this limit, approval of Competent Financial Authority is mandatory.
