OFFICE MEMORANDUM
The Deans’ Committee in its meeting held on September 17 & 22, 2025, vide Item No. DC-8.3.34 have approved the process for authorized Signatures on MoUs/LoUs at IIT Mandi and Section-8 Companies.
- Any MoUs/LoUs shall be signed either by the Director or by a Dean authorized by the Director to sign on their behalf.
- For Section-8 companies, such matters shall be placed before their respective Boards for consideration, and appropriate rules and procedures in this regard shall be formalized.
