The Chairman, Senate has approved the following guidelines for submission of Synopsis/Thesis by Ph.D./ I- Ph.D. and M.Tech(By Research) scholars:

1. Synopsis Submission     :    One hard copy and soft copy (.pdf) through email should be forwarded to the Academics Office.

2. Thesis Submission          :  Soft copy (.pdf) (for external evaluation) though email should be duly authenticated and forwarded                                                         by the Guide to Academic Office. However, hard copies need to be submitted by the student in case                                                       examiner(s) demand for the same.

3. After Defense:              

• After incorporating suggested changes, one final hardbound copy and soft copy (.pdf) of the final thesis duly authenticated by the Chairman, Viva Voce Board shall be submitted through email to Academics Office.
• The hardcopy and soft copy will be forwarded by Academic Office to the Library of the Institute.
