The Competent Authority has approved that the students who wish to avail the benefits of Income Slab criteria which permits them remission of either full or 2/3 of the fees, should submit the Income Certificate and affidavit every year on the start of ODD Semester before submission of fees.
In this respect the following guidelines are enumerated for entertaining the request of remission of fees:
(i) Students who are not eligible or do not wish to avail any concession, need not to submit any Income Certificate or affidavit and they shall pay the full fee at applicable rates.
(ii) Eligible students who wish to get remission of fees as per the Institute Policy should submit appropriate Income Certificate for the previous Financial Year supported with affidavit before submission of applicable fee.
(iii) These documents need to submit to Deans’ Secretariat. Retaining the same they will be issued with a Verification Certificate of Family Income. This certificate will be produced by the students to Account Office and applicable fees as per slab will be charged.
(iv) In case students is not able to submit the above stated document before the last date for submission of fees, full fee will be charged and no further request will be entertained for the running Academic Year.
(v) However, considering pending approval on these guidelines for the current year, requests from the students may be permitted to entertained upto 31st August, 2017 as eligible students may get reimbursement as per their category of Family Income slab, if full fee has been paid.
