The Competent Authority has approved the conversion of the NTNU, Norway, (European Credit Transfer System (ECTS)) credits & grades to IIT Mandi credits & grades as Under:

Further, 01 IIT Mandi Credit = 1.5 ECTS conversion factor will be used for grade computation purpose.
NTNU, Norway follows ECTS grading systems and thus the above Grades & Credits conversion is applicable for those IIT Mandi Students who go on an approved Semester Exchange to NTNU, Norway. Other applicable guidelines for Semester Exchange should be followed as revised from time to time.
