Title: Clarification regarding payment of special allowance/ honorarium to the faculty members holding the post of Deans and Wardens
Reference: Notification No. IIT Mandi/ Admn/RS-78/2015/7625-30 dated 12.12.2015 regarding payment of special allowance/ honorarium to the faculty members holding the post of Deans and Wardens.
As considered by the Institute Standing Committee in its meeting held on 17.05.2016, this is to clarify that as per normal practice in IITs, the highest amount of honorarium for one position shall be paid irrespective of the positions held by the individual in the Institute.
