                                                                                              OFFICE MEMORANDUM 

Consequent to the approval of the Competent Authority, Media Outreach & Ranking Cell (MORC) is bifurcated into separate entities viz., Ranking Cell and Media Cell. Both the cells will function independently.

(i) The initial constitution of the Ranking Cell will be as follows:

1. Dr. Varun Dutt           -              Chair
2. Chair, SCEE             -              Member
3. Chair, SMME            -              Member
4. Registrar                   -              Member

     The tenure of the officials under the Ranking Cell will be for two years. The associated Staff working erstwhile MORC will now          function with the Ranking Cell.

(ii) The Registrar will be the overall In-charge of the Media Cell.
