Regarding the processing of cases covered under Rule149 (GeM) for direct purchase through the GeM portal on a comparison basis up to Rs. 10 Lacs

Subsequent to the approval of the Competent Authority, the cases for purchase being covered under the amended GFR Rule 149 (ii) i.e. direct purchases up to Rs. 10 Lacs through GeM portal on a comparison basis shall be processed without GPC and pre-audit.
