As approved by the competent authority, Shri Vivek Tiwari, Deputy Registrar, in addition to his existing duties in the Staff Establishment Section, will also handle the responsibilities of Non-Teaching Staff Recruitment. All matters pertaining to Non-Teaching Staff Recruitment shall be routed through Prof. Atul Dhar, Faculty In-charge (Non-Teaching Staff Recruitment), to the worthy Director.

Further, Shri Shubham Jain, Assistant Registrar is relieved from the duties of Non-Teaching Staff Recruitment section & Academics section. He is hereby deployed to the Career & Placement (CnP) Office with immediate effect, his primary reporting officer will be the Chair, School of Management.

This shall supersede the office memorandum no. IITMandi/RO-01/2025/144-148 dated 23.06.2025.
