NOTIFICATION

On the recommendations of the Space Allocation Committee, the Competent Authority has approved the allotment of the following space:-

Allotment of space between the retaining wall and A-11-1A classroom temporarily. The utilization of the space will be conditioned upon:

This allocation is purely temporarily and for the specific request and should not be extended beyond the scope of the current request.
No permeant structure/facility should be developed within this space.
Institute can use this space for emergency services/evacuation etc. as and when required without prior intimation to the user.
The user will be intimated in advance to vacate the space within a stipulated timeline if any construction is planned by the institute in future.
