All Student Gymkhana Secretaries for the year 2023-24 are required to initiate the process of selecting club coordinators as above on or before 16.08.2023 and complete the process by 31.08.2023 under intimation to this office.

The modus operandi for the elections will be as per the above laid down guidelines.
