                                                                    Clarification in guidelines for the utilization of the CPDA

The Deans’ Committee in its meeting held on January 09, 2025, vide Item No. DC-7.3.7 has approved the proposed clarification with respect to O.M. Ref. No. IITMandi/F/ Administration/INT-A05/4207-4214 dated 23.11.2021 as under: 

It is hereby clarified that CPDA may be utilized by the faculty for undertaking all kinds of academics related travels, such as to attend meetings/conferences/seminars/workshops /training programs/networking or collaboration visits/experiments/field visits/library or archive visits/ industry visits, etc. Applicable expenses for attending all such academic events may be paid from CPDA.  All such visits should be prior approved by the Competent Authority.
