NOTIFICATION

                                                                  (Addendum on Pass/Fail category courses)

                                                           Superseded by IITMandi/Acad/Senate/2022/4053-57

In partial modification to the Notification No. IITMandi/Acad/Senate/2020/13441-45 dated 28th May, 2020, the Senate in its 30th meeting held on 3rd February, 2021, vide item no. 30.10 further decided the following:

1. These norms shall be applicable to UG 2018 batch onwards.
2. These norms shall be applicable to M.Sc./M.A./I-Ph.D. 2019 batch onwards.
3. These norms shall be applicable to M.Tech. 2020 batch onwards.
4. Registration of the course credits (as mentioned in the above referred notification) having Pass/Fail grade will be compulsory towards the respective degree requirements.
5. This is in addition to any Pass/Fail credits already approved in the curriculum.
