NOTIFICATION

                                           (Modification in Core Course list for B.Tech. in Data Science and Engineering)

On the recommendations of the Board of Academics (BoA), the Senate in its 31st meeting held on 10th June, 2021, vide item no. 31.5 approved the following modification in the Core Course list for B.Tech in Data Science and Engineering:

1. Mathematical foundations of Data Science-I (3-0-0-3) is replaced with CS208 Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science (3-1-0-4).
2. Introduction to Data Structure and Algorithms (2-0-2-3) is replaced with CS202 Data Structures and Algorithms (3-1-0-4).
3. One credit tutorial is added in Mathematical Foundations of Data Science-II (3-0-0-3) and the course is renamed as Mathematical Foundations of Data Science (3-1-0-4).
